Ensemble Health Partners is seeking an EDI – EFT & ERA Enrollment Specialist for a remote role. You will manage enrollment across multiple Clearinghouses for client and payer, ensuring timely, accurate processing and maintenance of payer portals, W9s, and bank letters.

Collaboration with internal teams is essential to keep data current. The role requires 3–5 years in healthcare cash posting or billing, advanced Excel skills, and comfort with AI-enabled process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Healthcare Cash Posting, Medical Office, Insurance, or Billing background.
• Experience with EFT/ERA (835) and EDI is required.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel for data processing and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Drive Ensemble culture and customer service standards.
• Maintain relationships through effective communication.
• Process enrollment across multiple clearinghouses for EFT/ERA.
• Ensure accurate enrollment forms with client banking data.
• Support timely enrollment and follow-up with clients.
