Job summary

Ease Health is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to manage Claims, ERA, and Eligibility enrollments across the full lifecycle, coordinating with clients, payers, and clearinghouses in New York.

You will guide clients through required forms, monitor statuses, resolve delays, and ensure accurate enrollment documentation. A collaborative, proactive approach and 2+ years in healthcare revenue cycle are preferred.

You will manage the enrollment process for Claims, ERA, and Eligibility transactions, working directly with clients, payers, and clearinghouses across the full enrollment lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Manage Claims, ERA, and Eligibility enrollments from submission through approval
• Give clients step-by-step guidance on required forms and setup
• Serve as the primary contact for enrollment-related client questions
• Coordinate between clients, payers, and clearinghouses to resolve issues and delays
• Monitor enrollment statuses and keep documentation current across systems
• Chase down pending or rejected enrollments and elevate when needed
• Educate clients on payer requirements and timelines
• Track evolving payer and clearinghouse requirements
• Deliver proactive enrollment updates to stakeholders
• Improve how we manage enrollments as we scale

• Proven experience with Claims, ERA, and Eligibility enrollments through healthcare clearinghouses
• Familiarity with Availity
• Strong communication skills for turning complex payer requirements into clear client guidance
