Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking an experienced EDI – EFT & ERA Enrollment Specialist for a remote role in the United States. You will manage enrollment processing across multiple clearinghouses for clients and payers, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.

The position requires 3–5 years in healthcare cash posting or billing, strong Excel skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams to maintain client banking data and ongoing enrollment accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Healthcare Cash Posting, Medical Office, Insurance, or Billing background preferred.
• Previous EFT, ERA/835, EDI experience required.
• Advanced knowledge and experience with Excel for large data processing.

Responsibilities

• Submit enrollment applications through clearinghouses.
• Use payer portals for EDI maintenance.
• Maintain client W9s and bank letters with Ensemble teams.
• Set up connections between clients and clearinghouses.
• Verify correct file transfers for electronic processing.
