Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Healthcare Cash Posting, Medical Office, Insurance, or Billing preferred.
• Experience with EFT, ERA/835 and EDI is required.
• Advanced Excel skills for large data processing.

Responsibilities

• Drive Ensemble culture through customer service standards.
• Provide outstanding service to external and internal contacts.
• Maintain relationships via effective communication.
• Respond promptly to issues and follow up with customers.
• Manage multiple payer portals and client EFT/ERA setups.
• Ensure accurate enrollment submissions with client banking data.
