We are looking for an EDI – EFT & ERA Enrollment Specialist to perform all enrollment activities across Ensemble Health Partners which includes hospital and physician locations.
The EDI – EFT & ERA Enrollment Specialist is responsible for the timely and accurate enrollment processing within multiple Clearinghouses for both client and payer for the EDI related file processing.
3 to 5 Years. MUST HAVES: 3-5 years of Healthcare Cash Posting, Medical Office, Insurance, or Billing background preferred. Previous EFT – (Electronic Funds Transfer), ERA – (Electronic Remittance Advice)/835, EDI – (Electronic Data Interchange) experience is required. Must have advanced knowledge and experience with Excel (possessing the ability to use spreadsheets, graphing, tables, calculations, and automation efficiently to process large quantities of data relevant to business tasks).
Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred but not required. Revenue Cycle must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiences. This is a remote position; however, candidates must be willing and able to travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs require.
