Ellevation seeks a Customer Success Manager to partner with school districts, guiding implementation of Ellevation’s tools and aligning with district priorities to drive meaningful outcomes for multilingual learners.

You will build trusted relationships, collaborate across Customer Success, Product Education, and other teams, and help educators utilize Ellevation products to improve instruction, monitor success metrics, and sustain long-term value.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success or account management.
• Proven ability to drive implementations and adoption.
• Ability to translate district goals into measurable outcomes.
