Job summary

Crimson Education, a New Zealand-based edutech company, is hiring a Crimson Rise Strategy Consultant to work remotely with students aged 10-14 and their parents to shape academic, extracurricular, and personal growth plans.

You will create strategic roadmaps, lead a team of experts, identify age-appropriate competitions, and advise on curriculum choices while supporting admissions trends and partnerships with families.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree from a Top 30 US or Top 20 UK university
• 2+ years professional working experience
• 1+ years experience educating, coaching, or working with 11-14 year-olds
• Entrepreneurial/competitions experience at high school/college level strongly preferred
• Track record of acceptances to top universities/private schools preferred

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and ensure execution on strategic roadmaps
• Lead a team of experts to support execution of roadmaps
• Identify age-appropriate, interest-aligned competitions and activities
• Communicate the latest university admissions trends
• Partner with parents to ensure a quality service experience and tangible growth
• Provide holistic, consultant-led coaching to students 1:1
• Support sales and marketing teams across Crimson in understanding/presenting the Rise program to prospective clients
