Job summary

McGraw Hill is seeking an Achievement Specialist (Michigan) to promote our intervention and supplemental portfolio nationwide, with emphasis on K-12 solutions. This remote role requires up to 80% travel within Michigan and strong sales leadership to expand our education technology footprint.

You will identify leads, develop territory plans, and present McGraw Hill's solutions to districts, collaborating with internal teams to drive profitable, long-term partnerships while earning a competitive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years' sales experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel 80%.
• Knowledge of the specialized markets (Title I, Special Education, MTSS).
• Knowledge of Direct Instruction, digital Math and Literacy products a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer leads and drive K-12 intervention and supplemental sales.
• Create territory sales plans using market data to prospect opportunities.
• Conduct compelling demonstrations of McGraw Hill's solutions to prospective customers.
• Collaborate with customer success, implementation, product development and product marketing teams.
• Demonstrate ability to form partnerships at all school district levels to ensure long-term business relationships.
• Collaborate with Core Curriculum Sales Reps, District Managers and Implementation Group to drive selling strategies.
