Job summary

McGraw Hill is seeking an Achievement Specialist (Michigan) to promote our intervention and supplemental portfolio, including Direct Instruction, ALEKS, Achieve3000, Actively Learn, and more. The role is remote but requires 80% travel within Michigan and candidates must be located in the state.

You will identify leads, craft territory sales plans, deliver compelling presentations, and collaborate with customer success, implementation, and product teams to drive growth and strong, long-term

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of sales experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel 80%.
• Know the specialized markets (Title I, SPED, MTSS).
• Experience teaching or selling Direct Instruction or related programs is a plus.
• Proven sales quota achievement.
• Strong listening and solution selling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer leads and create new business to drive K-12 intervention and supplemental sales.
• Create territory sales plan using market data, events, and strategies to prospect opportunities.
• Conduct sales presentations of McGraw Hill's solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive innovation and inform product development.
• Build partnerships at all school district levels to ensure long-term relationships.
• Leverage selling strategies across teams with District Managers and Implementation Group.
