Runway is seeking an Education Content Specialist to maintain Help Center articles, write Academy video scripts, and develop self-service resources for users. You will join the Experience & Enablement team and influence content across product features, policies, and troubleshooting.

Collaborating with engineering, product, and legal, you’ll ensure timely content delivery, manage a documentation backlog, and measure impact through engagement metrics, CSAT, and search deflection.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in technical writing, documentation, or related role at a software/SaaS company
• Ability to translate complex product features into clear, user-friendly language across articles, scripts, and guides
• Experience shipping documentation on tight timelines with cross-functional dependencies
• Comfort with help center platforms (Zendesk, Intercom) and content management systems
• Familiarity with video content production and structuring educational content
• Strong editorial judgment to catch inconsistencies before going live
• Organized and autonomous, able to manage a backlog while responding to urgent launch needs
• Bias toward action and belief that no task is too small
• Familiarity with LLMs to streamline and automate processes

Responsabilités

• Write, update, and maintain Help Center articles across product features, billing, policies, and troubleshooting
• Coordinate with engineering and product at launch time to ensure articles are live before features ship
• Audit existing Help Center content for accuracy and discoverability; surface recommendations from support data
• Create and maintain self-service content — FAQs, quick-start guides, troubleshooting flows
• Draft scripts for Runway Academy video tutorials, walkthroughs, and modules
• Support production of Academy content: assets, materials for recording, and publishing
• Build and maintain templates, prompts, and project starters across Runway tools
• Support production and publishing of office hours, webinars, and live Q&A sessions
• Keep Help Center and Academy content consistent and cross-referenced
• Track performance of content and flag gaps to Education & Enablement lead
• Work with legal to reflect usage policies in customer-facing content
