Job summary

Macmillan Learning is seeking a contractor to drive the full engagement cycle for the ELSiE AI-powered simulation platform in higher education. You will identify pilot opportunities, guide instructors through live classroom implementation, and gather market insights to validate product viability.

This remote US engagement runs six months at 40 hours per week, with compensation of 30–40 USD per hour. You will collaborate with sales, product teams, and the Program Director to onboard instructors

Qualifications

• Proven background delivering outbound outreach via phone and email.
• Ability to conduct problem-based discovery conversations and present live demos.
• Hands-on experience navigating and updating CRMs (Salesforce) for pipeline reporting.
• Demonstrated adaptability in early-stage product environments.
• Willingness to provide professional references or case studies.

Responsibilities

• Research target institutions and contacts to build pipelines.
• Execute outbound communication via phone, emails, and follow-ups.
• Conduct consultative discovery conversations to uncover institutional needs.
• Deliver customized live demonstrations of the ELSiE platform reflecting current capabilities.
• Advise and support instructors through pilot onboarding, setup, and classroom execution.
• Monitor pilot progression, identify adoption barriers, and recommend actions to resume progress.
• Gather instructor feedback to identify product and market trends for internal teams.
• Document activity, maintain pipeline accuracy, and generate monthly Salesforce reports.
