Exemplar Luxury Group, formerly Saks Global, is seeking an Editorial Sample Assistant to manage the sample closet and shipment flow for photo shoots. You will coordinate arrivals and returns with external vendors, support styling teams, and ensure 100% inventory accuracy from receipt to return.

The role requires a BA/BS, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Google Workspace and Office tools. A flexible, proactive team player mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous documentation.
• Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle and physical management of sample inventory.
• Maintain organized sample closet and track movements for shoots.
• Handle receiving, packing, lifting, and delivery of heavy trunks and boxes.
• Coordinate with external vendors and brand partners on arrivals and returns.
• Support styling teams with in-store inventory pulls and shoot prep.
• Audit inventory for accuracy and report discrepancies to supervisors.
• Assist with miscellaneous admin tasks and project work.
