Job summary

Exemplar Luxury Group seeks an Editorial Sample Assistant to oversee end-to-end lifecycle and physical management of our sample inventory in the NYC studio. You will maintain an impeccably organized sample closet, track shipments, and handle receiving, packing, lifting, and deliveries to studio spaces.

You will liaise with external vendors and brand partners, schedule arrivals, resolve discrepancies, and support styling teams with in-store inventory pulls.

Qualifications

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining an impeccably organized sample closet, managing systemic tracking for photo shoots, and executing the hands-on physical operations of receiving, packing, lifting, and delivering shipments across teams. Additionally you will serve as a key liaison to external vendors and brand partners, coordinating arrival schedules, resolving shipment discrepancies, and facilitating timely returns.
