Responsabilités

• Support the editorial team in onboarding new freelancers and managing key emails.
• Maintain editorial tracking boards and assist with scorecard reporting.
• Perform data audits and analysis for operational efficiency.
• Update SEO tags and track budgets for editorial projects.
• Coordinate team and editorial events and manage the editorial calendar.
• Send weekly traffic reports and organize awards applications.

Connaissances

Strong interest in journalism and digital media

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Proficient in WordPress, Worksuite, Slack, and other content management systems

Attention to detail

Basic understanding of SEO practices

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
