Job summary

Euro Staffs in New York, NY, US is seeking an Editorial Assistant to support BrandStories, Inc across our distributed newsroom. This full-time, remote-capable role handles daily manuscript prep, fact-checking, and content distribution, with emphasis on accuracy and consistency.

You will work with editors and freelance contributors, maintain publishing calendars, format articles in our CMS, and conduct preliminary research for upcoming features.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital publishing, journalism, or professional writing.
• Strong command of English grammar and editorial style guidelines.
• Familiarity with content management systems and remote collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Review and copyedit incoming drafts for clarity, style, and factual accuracy.
• Manage editorial calendars and coordinate schedules with freelance contributors.
