Job summary

LHH is seeking an experienced Litigation Project Manager to advise attorneys, legal teams, and clients on eDiscovery matters across the full litigation lifecycle. The role focuses on data management, review workflows, productions, and leveraging litigation technology solutions.

This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates located in Illinois, with emphasis on RelativityOne administration, data reduction strategies, and collaboration with vendors and internal teams to ensure defensible

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years supporting eDiscovery workflows in a law firm, corporate legal dept, or eDiscovery vendor.
• Strong expertise in RelativityOne, including workspace administration and production workflows.
• Understanding of defensible eDiscovery practices and the EDRM lifecycle.
• Experience with data reduction methods, analytics, and TAR; familiarity with AI-assisted review is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary eDiscovery resource for case teams and guide defensible workflows across the EDRM lifecycle.
• Manage RelativityOne workspaces, including user permissions, layouts, views, and configurations.
• Develop data reduction and review optimization strategies using analytics, TAR, and AI-assisted tools.
• Coordinate with litigation support and technical teams for data processing, loading, review setup, and productions.
• Monitor timelines, provide status updates, and identify and mitigate risks.
• Maintain project documentation, data tracking, and production logs.
