Job summary

LHH is recruiting on behalf of a nationally recognized law firm for an experienced eDiscovery professional to join its Litigation Support function in Michigan. The role focuses on hands-on eDiscovery support across complex matters, with 5+ years of experience and RelativityOne expertise.

The candidate will independently manage priorities, collaborate with attorneys, clients, and vendors, and help drive efficient review and production workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting eDiscovery workflows in professional settings.
• Advanced working knowledge of RelativityOne and production functionality.
• Understanding of defensible eDiscovery methodology and EDRM stages.

Responsibilities

• Advise case teams on eDiscovery matters, workflow design, defensibility considerations from data handling to final disposition.
• Build and administer Relativity workspaces including security, fields, layouts, and views.
• Develop strategies to reduce data and improve review efficiency using deduplication, targeted search, filtering, analytics, and TAR.
• Coordinate processing, ingestion, review prep, and production with Litigation Support colleagues to keep deliverables on schedule.
• Maintain visibility into matter activity, provide regular updates, escalate obstacles when needed.
• Keep thorough records of project activity, data movement, and production deliverables per procedures.
• Manage relationships with outside service providers ensuring work meets firm requirements.
• Oversee Relativity environment for issues and collaborate to resolve them.
• Provide practical instruction on Relativity to attorneys, paralegals, and clients.
• Participate in evolving eDiscovery technologies, workflows, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Collaborate with eDiscovery Engineers on processing, loading, exports, productions, and other tasks.
• Develop/update internal references for workflows, troubleshooting, and defensible practices.
• Support Director of Litigation Support with projects, tech assessments, and process enhancements.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
