Job summary

TruLegal is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Project Manager, Government, to lead client matters from setup through delivery, ensuring FOIA workflows are executed and deadlines met. You will partner with clients and internal teams to design projects, estimate timelines, and manage data movement across the discovery lifecycle.

The role requires hands-on Relativity expertise and strong communication, with responsibility for multi-matter coordination, status updates, and adherence to project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, MIS, or related field (JD preferred).
• eDiscovery industry experience, preferably in a PM capacity.
• Hands-on experience supporting FOIA matters and related document review/production workflows.
• Strong hands-on Relativity experience.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Onboard, oversee, and manage multiple client matters.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned case teams.
• Partner with clients to establish projects, including pricing estimates, turnaround expectations, and project specs.
• Monitor milestones and deadlines across departments, coordinating with production teams to allocate resources.
• Serve as liaison between clients, production teams, and internal stakeholders, providing regular status updates.
