Job summary

KLDiscovery, a global provider of eDiscovery and information governance, seeks an eDiscovery Project Manager. You will serve as the main client contact from initiation to closeout, ensuring timely, scoped, and cost-effective delivery while aligning with company objectives.

You will coordinate with lawyers, engineers, and stakeholders worldwide, handling multiple projects and providing clear status updates and advisory support.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years eDiscovery project management in a fast-paced, client-facing role.
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects from inception to close.
• Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple eDiscovery projects.
• Be primary client contact, ensuring on-time, in-scope delivery.
• Provide guidance to clients and internal teams for strategic decisions.
• Apply eDiscovery knowledge and PM discipline for defensible outcomes.
• Communicate project status clearly to clients and stakeholders.
• Forecast revenue and manage invoicing for projects.

Education

University degree or equivalent qualification preferred
