Job summary

Contact Discovery Services is seeking an Operations Project Analyst to oversee eDiscovery projects from inception to completion. You will coordinate with clients, legal teams, and internal stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables, and you will perform processing, production, and analysis using industry-standard tools.

The role emphasizes project documentation, status reporting, and quality control to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 1 year of eDiscovery experience.
• Proficiency with Relativity, Nuix, 4iG and EnCase.
• Strong understanding of EDRM.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee eDiscovery projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, legal teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Perform processing, production, and analysis using eDiscovery tools.
• Develop project documentation and status reports.
• Conduct quality control and ensure data integrity.
