Job summary

Dykema Gossett, PLLC is seeking an experienced Litigation Project Analyst for a fully remote role, supporting case teams and the Litigation Support group in eDiscovery workflows across the lifecycle. The incumbent will handle intake, Relativity workspace setup, data handling, and execution of established processes to ensure defensible workflows and timely production of ESI.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in eDiscovery within a law firm, vendor, or corporate legal setting, and solid familiarity

Qualifications

• Experience supporting eDiscovery workflows within a law firm, vendor, or corporate legal environment.
• Foundational understanding of eDiscovery practices across the EDRM lifecycle.
• Working knowledge of RelativityOne, including basic workspace configuration and review workflows.
• Ability to follow established workflows while escalating issues appropriately.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attorneys and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project intake by gathering and confirming case-specific requirements.
• Configure Relativity workspaces using templates, including user permissions and layouts.
• Perform data intake and basic triage of structured and unstructured data.
• Execute standard workflows: processing coordination, data loading, batching, searching, and reporting.
• Maintain tracking and documentation of project requests and production deliverables.
• Communicate status updates and escalate risks or delays as needed.
• Support document production workflows and quality control steps.
• Coordinate with external vendors for defined services under supervision.
• Monitor Relativity environment for basic issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Assist with user account setup and provide guidance to attorneys and staff.
• Support training efforts by reinforcing standard workflows.
