Job summary

Adams & Martin Group is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Analyst to join its litigation support team in a newly created role. This position is fully remote but requires availability during Pacific Time Zone business hours.

You will manage all phases of the eDiscovery process, analyze ESI, and support attorneys across complex matters using Relativity and related tools. This role offers growth within a respected defense firm and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in eDiscovery, litigation support, or legal tech.
• Advanced proficiency with Relativity.
• Experience handling large datasets and complex document review.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote role.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the eDiscovery process from data collection through production.
• Process, analyze, and organize ESI.
• Create and maintain document review databases and workflows.
• QC/QA reviews of processed data and productions.
• Assist litigation teams with searches, analytics, and fact development.
• Coordinate with attorneys, vendors, and case teams on discovery projects.
• Prepare productions per litigation and regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot data issues and identify process improvements.
• Support trial teams with exhibit, transcript, and case management tools.
• Maintain data integrity, chain of custody, and defensible discovery practices.
