Job summary

Contact Discovery Services, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Project Analyst for a fully remote role supporting eDiscovery projects across Fortune 100 and 500 clients. The role focuses on processing, producing, validating data, and ensuring tight quality control behind the scenes.

You will run processing, conversions, and data integrity checks using Relativity and ReadySuite, while maintaining project timelines and documentation. Remote work with a flexible schedule is offered.

Qualifications

One plus year of eDiscovery litigation support or related.
Hands-on experience with at least one eDiscovery platform such as Relativity; training provided.
Working understanding of the EDRM.
Strong attention to detail; accuracy matters and speed comes second.
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects at once.
Ability to bill your time live as you work on projects.
Comfort working independently in a remote setting as well as in a group setting.

Responsibilities

Process and produce: Run processing production, quality control and analysis in tools such as Relativity Message Crawler and ReadySuite.
Social media data conversion: Run data conversions and generate RSMF messages.
Modern Attachments: link modern attachments data such as Google and M365 links back to their parent emails.
Quality checks: Run QCs for data integrity catch issues before anything goes out the door.
Adhere deadlines: Keep projects on track test timeline and status in project tracker, so project managers always know where things stand. Escalate unattainable project deadlines via project tracking system.
Document your work: Key project notes, logs, and documentation clean and up to date.
Troubleshoot figure out technical problems and elevate the support team when needed.
Follow and improve process: follow work within eDiscovery protocols and SOPs and suggest ways to do things faster or better.
Create SOPs: to bridge the gap between process and case knowledge.
Help the team: share what you know with newer analysts as you grow and help train them.
