Job summary

Contact Discovery Services seeks an Operations Project Analyst to manage and execute eDiscovery projects remotely, supporting Fortune 100/500 clients. The role involves processing, producing, and validating data, with emphasis on accuracy and adherence to timelines.

You will work within the operations team to ensure behind-the-scenes efficiency and data integrity. Ideal candidates bring 1+ year in eDiscovery support, familiarity with Relativity or similar platforms, and a solid understanding of

Qualifications

1+ year of eDiscovery litigation support or related.
Hands-on experience with at least one eDiscovery platform such as Relativity.
Working understanding of the EDRM.
Strong attention to detail; accuracy matters and speed comes second.
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects at once.
Ability to bill your time live as you work on projects.
Comfort working independently in a remote setting as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

Process and produce: Run processing production, quality control and analysis in Relativity Message Crawler and ReadySuite.
Social media data conversion: Run data conversions and generate RSMF messages.
Modern Attachments: link Google and M365 attachments back to their parent emails.
Quality checks: Run QCs for data integrity and catch issues before release.
Adhere deadlines: Keep projects on track and update the project tracker.
Document your work: Maintain project notes, logs, and documentation.
Troubleshoot: Resolve technical problems and escalate when needed.
Follow and improve process: Adhere to eDiscovery protocols and SOPs; suggest improvements.
Create SOPs: Bridge process and case knowledge.
Help the team: Share knowledge and train newer analysts.
