Job summary

Contact Discovery Services, LLC is seeking an Operations Project Analyst to manage eDiscovery projects from inception to completion. The role emphasizes coordination with clients and legal teams, meticulous processing, and thorough quality control using Relativity, Nuix, 4iG, and EnCase.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree or equivalent experience, at least 1 year in eDiscovery, and strong PM, analytical, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in eDiscovery or related field.
• Proficiency with Relativity, Nuix, 4iG, EnCase.
• Strong understanding of EDRM.
• Excellent project management skills; ability to handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee eDiscovery projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Coordinate with clients, legal teams, and internal stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables.
• Perform processing, production, and analysis using standard eDiscovery tools.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, timelines, and status reports.
• Conduct quality control to ensure data integrity and legal compliance.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients and team members.
