Job summary

Consilio LLC seeks a Hosting Analyst to manage data hosting activities for attorney review, including user and case administration, loading documents, and index management. You will support production-ready data and perform TIFF/PDF conversions and exports.

The role requires excellent communication, organization, and the ability to handle multiple requests, resolve access issues, and maintain quality. Weekend hours may be needed; remote option may be available.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred.
• 2+ years in a litigation support environment with eDiscovery systems preferred.
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation).
• Customer service oriented, able to work additional hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform hosting activities to prepare data for attorney review (user/case administration, loading documents, searches, index management).
• Prepare data for production (TIFF/PDF conversion, branding, exports, load file generation).
• Handle service requests via email, tickets, voicemail, phone, IM; escalate when needed.
