Consilio LLC is seeking a Hosting Analyst to manage data hosting tasks for attorney review, including user and case administration, document loading, searches, and index management. The role also covers production readiness, TIFF/PDF conversions, branding, and exports, with frontline support via multiple channels.

The ideal candidate brings a BA/BS in a related field and experience in a litigation support environment, along with strong communication and organizational skills to handle multiple

Competenze

• BA/BS degree in a related field and 2 years’ experience in a litigation support environment preferred.
• Experience with data hosting services (case administration, loading data, performing queries, preparing exports).
• Strong communication, customer service orientation, and ability to work under deadlines.

Mansioni

• Perform hosting activities to prepare data for attorney review (user/case administration, loading documents, searches, index management).
• Prepare data for production (conversion to TIFF/PDF, branding, exporting documents, load file generation).
• Handle service requests via email, tickets, voicemail, phone, IM, and in person; escalate when needed.
