Job summary

Lawyers On Demand, a Consilio Company, is seeking a Technical Analyst for a hybrid IT/e-Discovery role. You will work with Axcelerate and other platforms, loading, validating, and exporting data while ensuring defensible processes.

This position supports attorneys and vendors across multiple client projects in the U.S. The role requires 2+ years in eDiscovery or related tech, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with load files and workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience.
• Willingness to travel to client offices within the U.S. when required.
• 2+ years of experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, or a technical role.
• Hands-on with Axcelerate or other enterprise eDiscovery platforms including data loading, validation, QC, and workflow support.
• Experience with platforms like Relativity, Everlaw, Reveal, DISCO, Nuix Discover, etc.
• Experience loading, validating, and exporting data within eDiscovery platforms.
• Knowledge of load files (DAT, OPT, LFP, CSV) and related image and native formats.
• Understanding of eDiscovery workflows from collection to production and QC.
• Familiarity with metadata, OCR, text files, deduplication, and productions.
• Advanced Excel skills for large datasets (filters, formulas, pivots, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Senior Discovery Analysts, Project Managers, Attorneys, and staff to support eDiscovery lifecycle.
• Process, load, validate, and maintain client data in Axcelerate and other review platforms while ensuring integrity.
• Perform data imports, exports, productions, and database maintenance per workflows.
• Execute QC procedures to verify data processing, metadata integrity, document counts, and load file accuracy.
• Troubleshoot data loading issues and escalate complex technical problems as needed.
• Manage departmental data inventories, track chain of custody, and document data received and produced.
• Support document review teams by preparing review databases and managing user access/workflow issues.
• Assist with creating and delivering production sets including native files, images, load files, and metadata.
• Work with structured and unstructured data while maintaining defensible eDiscovery practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement of workflows, documentation, and best practices.
