Job summary

Prompt is revolutionizing healthcare with automated software for rehab therapy businesses and patients. We seek an EDI Experience Manager to bridge EDI intricacies and high-efficiency workflows, supporting clients and liaising with engineering.

The role balances hands-on EDI work with client interactions as we scale our CX engine. You will develop EDI knowledge, optimize support workflows, and build scalable processes while reporting to the CX leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Rehab Clinician (SLP/OT/PT/COTA/PTA).
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to troubleshoot and test use cases in software.
• Proactive, self-motivated with ability to learn quickly and autonomously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain deep understanding of RCM/Clearinghouse capabilities to respond to inquiries across our single-channel support system.
• Champion customers with ongoing EDI help desk support, handling rejections, rules, ERA/EDI help, etc.
• Grow EDI/Enrollment knowledge to take on more technical ownership over time.
• Represent EDI topics to clients in onboarding and ad-hoc meetings.
