Job summary
Liberty Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced eClinicalWorks (eCW) Legacy Application Support Analyst for a 24-month engagement. The role focuses on ongoing support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and operations for legacy eCW in a fully remote setting.
You will work with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to maintain system stability, resolve issues, and support users across the organization with strong problem solving and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience supporting eClinicalWorks (eCW) in a healthcare setting.
- Experience providing legacy/production support for healthcare applications.
- Understanding of clinical/workflow processes and ambulatory workflows.
- Strong written and verbal communication for end users and teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for legacy eCW environment and issues.
- Troubleshoot, document, and resolve application tickets and incidents.
- Support workflows, configurations, templates, and functionality in eCW.
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, IT, and vendor teams as needed.
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend sustainable solutions.
- Maintain documentation of configurations and procedures.
- Assist with data access, testing, and validation of changes.
