You will guide programs from conception to execution, translating between business stakeholders and technical teams, and shaping operating models for scalable adoption. This role emphasizes executive relations and transformative customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in management or strategy consultancy.
• Experience in data and analytics, statistics, data architecture or related.
• Strong understanding of pharma R&D and life sciences.
• Ability to lead senior customer relationships with tech stakeholders.
• Travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead large ecosystem and innovation programs with measurable outcomes.
• Translate between business objectives and technical considerations.
• Shape change strategies and operating models for adoption.
• Coordinate cross-functional leadership across Faro and customers.
• Develop repeatable frameworks and best practices for the Customer Strategy team.
• Collaborate with Customer Strategy Managers to align initiatives.
