Faro AI Inc. is seeking a senior Customer Strategy Director, Ecosystem Programs to lead strategic and multi-dimensional customer programs at the intersection of business strategy, clinical development, data and technology.

The role bridges business and technical stakeholders, guiding decisions and translating between audiences to drive value. This leadership position emphasizes ecosystem and innovation program delivery and collaboration with the broader Customer Strategy team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in management or strategy consulting, data analytics, or business transformation.
• Deep experience with data and analytics and data architecture concepts.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical R&D and life sciences.
• Proven ability to lead senior customer relationships with technical stakeholders.
• Excellent problem solving and ambiguity handling.
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder programs across organizational boundaries.
• Ability to translate business strategy to technical concepts.
• Strong executive communication and storytelling skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead large ecosystem and innovation programs with structure and direction.
• Engage with business and technical stakeholders, guiding decisions.
• Shape change strategies and operating approaches for new tech adoption.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Faro and customers.
