Faro AI Inc. seeks a Lead Clinical Scientist to be the senior clinical voice within our product, data science, and AI org. You will shape clinical strategy behind key features, ensuring scientific rigor, regulatory awareness, and user-centered design.

Collaboration with data scientists, product managers, and engineers is essential to deliver credible solutions. This role suits a seasoned clinical research leader who thrives in cross-functional environments and aims to influence product strategy

Formación

• Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, or equivalent) in life sciences or healthcare.
• 10+ years of clinical research leadership in biopharma, medtech, or digital health.
• Deep knowledge of trial design, clinical evidence generation, and regulatory standards.
• Experience collaborating with product, data science, or engineering teams.
• Strategic thinker with ability to translate complex clinical problems into scalable product solutions.
• Excellent communication with technical and executive stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Provide senior-level clinical and scientific leadership across product development initiatives.
• Define clinical frameworks, standards, and evidence models for Faro's tools.
• Collaborate with product and data science teams to design algorithms and decision-support features.
• Ensure clinical accuracy and usability of features for healthcare professionals.
• Lead interpretation of literature, trial data, and real-world evidence for strategy.
• Anticipate regulatory, methodological, and operational challenges and guide compliant solutions.
• Serve as internal/external thought leader on clinical science for customers and partners.
• Coordinate with commercial teams to align market needs with product features.
