Job summary

Faro AI Inc. is hiring a Lead Clinical Scientist to serve as the senior scientific voice within Faro’s product, data science, and AI organization.

You will drive the clinical strategy behind our platform features, ensuring scientific rigor, regulatory awareness, and user-centric design. You will collaborate with data scientists, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate complex clinical problems into scalable solutions that clinicians can trust and adopt.

Qualifications

• Advanced life sciences/healthcare doctoral degree required.
• 10+ years in clinical research with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior clinical and scientific leadership across product initiatives.
• Define clinical frameworks and evidence models for Faro's tools.
• Collaborate with product and data science to design algorithms and decision supports.
• Ensure clinical accuracy and usability for professionals.
• Lead integration of literature and real-world data into strategy.
• Anticipate regulatory and operational challenges and guide compliant solutions.
• Represent Faro as thought leader with customers and partners.
• Align market needs with product features and external communication.
