Qualifications

• 5+ years in ecommerce analytics, digital shelf analytics, or retail media measurement.
• Experience diagnosing performance with retailer, shelf, or media metrics.
• Familiarity with Amazon, Walmart, Chewy, PetSmart, Petco, or Target ecosystems.
• Experience building dashboards or reporting with Data & Technology teams.
• Ability to connect multiple data sources and communicate clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Define vision with Pet Digital Acceleration leaders; prioritize the roadmap.
• Identify data sources, define KPIs, and deliver reliable reporting tools.
• Build performance views across digital shelf, site traffic, promotions, and media.
• Develop scorecards and diagnostics to explain changes and guide actions.
• Translate results into clear business narratives for Sales and Marketing.
