General Mills, Inc. seeks an Ecommerce Analytics Manager to lead data, reporting, and diagnostic capabilities for the Pet business. You will partner with the Pet Digital Acceleration team and work across Sales, Marketing, and vendors to connect business questions with data and deliver clear recommendations.

This role is remote eligible with a preference for Minneapolis, MN or St. Louis, MO, and involves building dashboards, scorecards, and measurement plans to guide investment and learning

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in ecommerce analytics or related field within consumer packaged goods.
• Experience building dashboards and data products with cross-functional teams.
