Allied Vaughn is seeking an Ecommerce Operations Manager for Movie Zyng to oversee merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement. The role partners with the Managing Director to drive growth and eventually lead daily operations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in ecommerce, strong Shopify and analytics skills, and a track record of coordinating campaigns. This is a long‑term leadership opportunity with company‑wide impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in ecommerce management, operations, merchandising, or digital marketing.
• Experience working with Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Experience coordinating promotional campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Ecommerce Merchandising & Promotions planning and execution.
• Own Email Marketing calendar and customer retention initiatives.
• Manage Shopify storefront and pricing/promotional setup.
• Analyze sales, traffic, and customer behavior; prepare performance reports.
• Lead cross-functional teams and improve customer experience and loyalty.
