Job summary

Shiseido is seeking a Retail Design & Merchandising Manager to drive strong retail execution for Travel Retail Americas. You will lead store design projects from concept through installation, manage visual merchandising and POSM activities, and ensure disciplined CAPEX and OPEX follow-up across markets and brands.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Commercial and distributor teams to translate brand guidelines into premium retail environments, maintain counters, and negotiate budgets and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in design, retail, marketing or related field.
• 5+ years in retail design and visual merchandising.
• Fluent in English; Spanish required; French a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead full store design process from concept to installation and post-launch follow-up.
• Translate brand guidelines into high-quality retail environments and ensure consistent execution.
• Coordinate with distributors and vendors to optimize quality, cost and delivery.
• Manage budgets, CAPEX and OPEX, and provide clear status updates to stakeholders.
• Oversee NARS POSM management, merchandising strategies, and launches across Travel Retail Americas.
