Job summary

Shiseido in Miami leads retail design and merchandising across Travel Retail Americas, driving store concepts and visual merchandising from concept to installation while managing CAPEX and OPEX with discipline.

The role partners with Marketing and Commercial teams to translate brand guidelines into high-quality environments, coordinating with distributors and local vendors to ensure cost-effective, on-brand execution across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years in retail design and visual merchandising.
• Experience in cosmetics, beauty or luxury retail preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; French a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store design from concept to installation and post-launch follow-up.
• Translate brand guidelines into retail environments and ensure execution by retailers.
• Coordinate with distributors and vendors to manage quality, cost and delivery.
• Maintain counters and projects database; propose upgrades based on priorities and budget.
• Lead vendor bidding, negotiate pricing, scope and timelines for design and merchandising.
