Trulieve is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to support the Recreational Markets with high-volume digital marketing campaigns. The role requires delivering compelling creative across email, web, social, and paid media in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and Brand teams to develop omni-channel campaigns, manage multiple projects, and maintain brand consistency while driving engagement and revenue.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing within the retail industry.
• Proven experience designing high-volume promotional and campaign creative in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices across email, web, social media, paid media, and e-commerce.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Highly output-driven with a demonstrated history of delivering quality work at scale.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud + AEM and Figma
• Experience working within established brand systems while adapting creative to multiple campaigns and audiences.
• Experience with motion graphics and knowledge of Adobe After Effects is a plus.
