Job summary

Aunt Flow Corp is seeking a hands-on E-Commerce Manager to own online channels—Shopify, Amazon, and partner portals—and drive revenue, conversion, and AOV. You will plan, build product pages and campaigns, and coordinate with agencies and internal teams to execute.

You’ll run CRO tests, optimize pricing and content, monitor performance, and report insights to Marketing and Revenue leadership as Aunt Flow scales its multi-million dollar online business. This is a fully remote role.

Qualifications

• Hands-on eCommerce experience with channel ownership
• Experience merchandising and content updates on storefronts
• Proven ability to run CRO tests and improve conversions
• Experience briefing and managing agencies or freelancers
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-starter who can work independently and across teams

Responsibilities

• Own eCommerce plan and revenue targets for Shopify, Amazon, and partner platforms
• Manage website merchandising, product pages, navigation, and content on Shopify
• Plan and run CRO tests to increase conversion rate, AOV, and Shopify revenue
• Run Amazon day-to-day: product setup, PDP optimization, keyword strategy, sponsored ads
• Keep product content and pricing accurate across distributor and retail portals
• Brief, manage, and QA work from agencies and vendors
• Own eCommerce email campaigns end to end
• Plan and execute seasonal campaigns against revenue goals
• Lead creative direction for copy, photography, video, and assets
• Build weekly/monthly sales, traffic, and campaign reporting
• Monitor competitive activity and digital shelf health
• Coordinate with operations on inventory planning and forecasting
• Troubleshoot eCommerce issues with teams and agencies
• Stay ahead of eCommerce and digital marketing trends
