Job summary

Aunt Flow is seeking a hands-on E-Commerce Manager to own and execute our online channel strategy across Shopify, Amazon, and distributor platforms. You will build product pages, run ads, and report performance, driving revenue, conversion rate, and AOV as we scale our multi-million dollar online business.

You will manage agencies and internal teams, optimize content and pricing, and lead seasonal campaigns with a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on eCommerce experience.
  • Experience running a Shopify storefront directly, including merchandising and content updates.
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Advertising.
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot or a similar email marketing platform.
  • Comfortable in Google Analytics and Shopify reporting, with the ability to pull your own data and explain what it means.
  • Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles, with the ability to identify opportunities to improve on-site conversion through testing, merchandising, and user experience enhancements.
  • A track record of executing your own plans: you build the listing, launch the campaign, and write the report, not only recommend them.
  • Experience briefing and managing agencies or freelancers.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interest in supporting a mission-driven, for-profit business expanding access to period care at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Own the eCommerce plan and revenue targets for Shopify, Amazon, and partner platforms, and report progress to marketing and revenue leadership.
  • Manage website merchandising, product pages, navigation, and digital content on Shopify, updating content directly.
  • Plan and run CRO tests to increase conversion rate, AOV, and Shopify revenue, and report test outcomes.
  • Run Amazon day-to-day management: product setup, PDP optimization, keyword strategy, and ads with positive ROAS.
  • Keep content, pricing (including MAP), and availability accurate across distributor and retail platforms.
  • Brief and QA work from agencies and creatives to ensure timely, high-quality launches.
  • Own eCommerce email campaigns end to end: content, lists, sends, and reporting.
  • Plan and execute seasonal campaigns and promotions against revenue goals.
  • Own voice and visuals of eCommerce channels, write copy, and lead creative direction for photos and videos.
  • Build weekly and monthly sales, traffic, and campaign reporting and present recommendations to leadership.
  • Monitor competitive activity, pricing, and digital shelf health to flag issues early.
  • Collaborate with operations and finance on inventory planning and forecasting for promotions.
  • Troubleshoot eCommerce issues with agencies and teams; stay current on trends and new ad formats.
  • Stay on top of eCommerce, Amazon, and digital marketing trends and bring ideas to keep Aunt Flow ahead.

Job description

At Aunt Flow, we're on a mission to make period care more equitable, sustainable, and accessible in schools, offices, public spaces, and beyond. As a leading provider of high-quality period products and dispensers, we partner with businesses and institutions to champion menstrual equity and create a better bathroom experience for everyone.

We're seeking a hands-on, data-driven E-Commerce Manager to own Aunt Flow's online channels day to day: our Shopify storefront, Amazon, and distributor and retail partner platforms. You'll set the plan for each channel and do the work to deliver it, from building product pages and launching ads to pulling the numbers and reporting on results.

This is a manager role on a small team, so you will own both the plan and the execution. You won't have direct reports, but you will direct agencies and creative vendors and be accountable for eCommerce revenue, conversion rate, and AOV as we scale our multi-million dollar online business. If you're passionate about menstrual equity and like being close to the work, this role is for you.

Responsibilities
  • Own the eCommerce plan and revenue targets for Shopify, Amazon, and partner platforms, and report progress against them to marketing and revenue leadership.
  • Manage website merchandising, product pages, navigation, and digital content on Shopify, making updates yourself rather than routing every change through an agency
  • Plan and run CRO tests (A/B tests, UX and merchandising changes) to increase conversion rate, AOV, and Shopify revenue, and report on what each test changed
  • Run Amazon day to day: new product setup, PDP optimization, keyword strategy, and sponsored and display ads managed to a positive ROAS
  • Keep product content, pricing (including MAP), and availability accurate across distributor and retail partner platforms and portals, working closely with our distribution team
  • Brief, manage, and QA work from agencies and creative vendors, including our web development partner, so campaigns and site updates launch on time and to a high standard
  • Own eCommerce email campaigns end to end: content, lists, sends, and reporting
  • Plan and execute seasonal campaigns and promotions (Prime Day, back to school, holiday) against clear revenue goals
  • Own the voice and visuals of our eCommerce channels including writing and optimizing copy for product pages, campaigns, and onsite experiences, and lead creative direction for product photography, video, and digital assets
  • Build weekly and monthly reporting on sales, traffic, and campaign results, and turn it into recommendations and decks for leadership
  • Monitor competitive activity, pricing, and digital shelf health, and flag issues before they affect rank or revenue
  • Partner with operations and finance on inventory planning and forecasting so promotions match available stock
  • Troubleshoot eCommerce issues with agencies, internal teams, and customers
  • Stay on top of eCommerce, Amazon, and digital marketing trends, including platform updates, new ad formats, AI tools, and shifting buyer behavior, and bring forward ideas to keep Aunt Flow ahead
Qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on eCommerce experience, including at least 1 year owning a channel or revenue number
  • Experience running a Shopify storefront directly, including merchandising and content updates
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Advertising
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot or a similar email marketing platform
  • Comfortable in Google Analytics and Shopify reporting, with the ability to pull your own data and explain what it means
  • Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles, with the ability to identify opportunities to improve on-site conversion through testing, merchandising, and user experience enhancements
  • A track record of executing your own plans: you build the listing, launch the campaign, and write the report, not only recommend them
  • Experience briefing and managing agencies or freelancers
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Interest in supporting a mission-driven, for-profit business expanding access to period care at scale. Aunt Flow is building a category-defining solution, and our team is driven to win in this space.
  • Self-starter who can work independently and collaborate across teams

Bonus If You Have

  • B2B eCommerce experience
  • Prior experience working for a startup
  • Experience with distributor or retail partner portals
  • Agency background overseeing Amazon, Shopify, or digital sales channels for B2B accounts
