Job summary

Talentfoot Executive Search is assisting a consumer products client in finding a Senior Manager, Sales eCommerce. The role focuses on driving profitable online revenue across Amazon and other digital marketplaces, including planning, assortment, pricing, and promotions.

The position reports to the Senior VP of Sales and offers significant autonomy to shape online strategy, partner relationships, and cross-functional execution. Remote-friendly with travel < 25% and high visibility across leadership teams.

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive eCommerce or omnichannel sales experience in consumer products.
3+ years of direct Amazon business performance management (Vendor/Seller Central).
Experience managing multi-million-dollar portfolios with revenue growth and profitability accountability.
Strong skills in digital merchandising, assortment optimization, and demand forecasting.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute annual eCommerce plans across Amazon and digital channels to drive revenue, share, and profitability.
Own Amazon performance, including assortment, promotions, pricing, and forecasting.
Build relationships with retail partners and internal teams to identify growth opportunities and accelerate results.
Analyze consumer behavior and category trends to inform growth strategies and decisions.
Manage digital merchandising and online content to improve visibility and conversions.
Lead promotional planning and account profitability analysis to optimize ROI.
Monitor inventory, replenishment, and product performance across digital channels.
