Qualifications

• Experience in customer success, account management, ecommerce, SaaS, or agency-side client work.

Responsabilités

• Guide new customers through onboarding, implementation, and launch.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and keep communication clear across every stage.
• Track customer health, adoption, feedback, and expansion opportunities.
• Partner with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure customer goals become shipped work.
• Identify repeatable customer success practices as Maker grows.
