Job summary

Sur is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own onboarding, check-ins, and health for a portfolio of DTC brands. You will translate performance data into actionable input for product and provide clear dashboards and reviews.

You will work remotely, align with US Eastern hours, and communicate with founders and marketing leads regularly. A strong English proficiency and data comfort are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role at a software company.
• Excellent written and spoken English; you will be on video calls daily.
• Strong spreadsheet skills; able to read dashboards and answer health questions with numbers.
• Basic SQL is a plus; willingness to learn quickly.
• You use Claude or similar AI tools daily to draft, analyze, prototype, and automate.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new brands and drive early wins through kickoff calls and handoffs.
• Maintain regular check-ins and monitor account health and usage data.
• Prepare and present performance reviews, reports, and dashboards.
• Flag at-risk accounts before churn discussions and escalate where needed.
• Collaborate with product on patterns from accounts and contribute to roadmaps.
• Assist sales with discovery calls when needed.
• Keep CRM up to date with deals, notes, and next steps.
