Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking an experienced eCOA Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of electronic Clinical Outcome Assessment solutions across global trials. This remote role supports North America and beyond, collaborating with sponsors, internal teams, and vendors to ensure on-time, high-quality implementation.

You will drive study startup through closeout, manage configurations, UAT, translations, and governance, while upholding regulatory requirements and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of project management experience in eCOA/eClinical tech/CRO environments.
• Experience leading end-to-end eCOA implementations.
• Experience managing software implementations and vendor relationships.
• Experience authoring and executing UAT plans and scripts.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional clinical research teams.
• Strong understanding of eCOA platforms, PROs, and clinical trial operations.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
