You will assist senior sponsor leadership and regulatory teams while maintaining study documentation in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, strong organizational skills, and independence in handling tasks in a remote setting across the United States.

Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in Clinical Research, with a solid understanding of clinical trial processes and study operations.
• Experience coordinating meetings and managing follow-up activities.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide project and operational support to the clinical team.
• Assist with clinical project coordination and administrative activities.
• Support study-related processes and documentation.
• Work in a dynamic environment where priorities and processes may vary from study to study.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability as departmental needs evolve.
• Help identify and resolve operational issues proactively.
