Syneos Health in the United States seeks an Experienced Clinical Project Manager to lead an inflammation program in a sponsor-dedicated, remote environment.

You will own end-to-end trial execution, vendor oversight, and cross-functional leadership across the full lifecycle, from startup through closeout, in a fast-paced, matrixed global setting.

Able to manage complex Phase 2b studies with CROs and internal teams, ensuring milestones, risk mitigation, and proactive communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of clinical project management experience within clinical research.
• Experience running clinical trials from start-up through closeout, with understanding of full lifecycle.
• Experience supporting complex Phase 2b studies within inflammation therapeutics.
• Strong CRO/vendor management and oversight experience.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Clinical Trial Execution: Drive operational execution from start-up to closeout; manage day-to-day study operations with minimal oversight; own timelines, deliverables, risks, and issues.
• Vendor & CRO Oversight: Lead vendor management, participate in RFPs and vendor performance; ensure timelines and quality; proactive follow-through.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead meetings with clear agendas; drive accountability across internal teams and external partners; mentor junior members.
• Study Operations & Documentation: Draft and coordinate study documents; support budgeting and forecasting; train CROs and staff; contribute to SOPs.
