Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Project Manager for eCOA who will maintain and validate project scope, plans, and schedules for moderately complex studies. This role is home-based in the UK/South Africa and involves weekly client updates and occasional Investigator Meetings travel.

The candidate should have at least 1 year of PM experience in digital health or software lifecycle, with strong MS Office skills and excellent communication to drive project success. This position is not UK visa sponsored.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of project management experience in digital health or software lifecycle/development.
• eCOA experience preferred.
• Good understanding of clinical research.
• Proficient use of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Excellent collaboration and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to drive conversations.
• Strong project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for clients for all items related to live and maintenance eCOA studies.
• Lead client update meetings on a weekly/bi-weekly basis.
• Travel to Investigator Meetings when applicable (up to 10%).
• Lead system change efforts, including design calls and impact review; communicate costs and timelines.
