You will manage Study Management Teams, coordinate country and vendor activities, and ensure high-quality, compliant trial execution from start-up to close-out.

The role requires senior operational leadership in a matrix environment, mentoring teams, and driving process improvements. Remote role on East Coast with global responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or equivalent.
• 6+ years of clinical trial management experience in pharma/CRO.
• 8+ years of leadership of complex global studies.

Responsibilities

• Lead global and regional clinical trial management activities.
• Coordinate with Global Leadership to deliver operational strategy.
• Ensure trials meet milestones, timelines and quality standards.
• Oversee vendor relationships and budgets.
